At Renovation & Gestion RJBM Inc. (“RJBM”) we are committed to protecting your personal information.
1. GENERAL DEFINITIONS
The information you provide us, for example for work agreements, customer service, warranty claims and repair services, contests, surveys, online registration and job applications, and information automatically collected when you visit our Web site (cookies).
Generally, this information may include name, address, or telephone number (s) and email address, as well as sensitive information of a financial nature that may need to be collected if necessary. We may also collect personal information from a resume if a person responds to a job application at RJBM.
You are not required to provide personal information. However if you do not, it is possible that we may not be able to provide the services or information requested.

a. Conclude and record business transactions with our customers and to provide ongoing service;
b. Develop and maintain our relationship with customers and communicate with customers, including through our email newsletter;

If you have agreed to receive marketing material, e.g. our email newsletter, we may use (but not disclose) your personal information to promote and market our services and special offers from our affiliates or business partners (for instance, Desjardins), including by means of direct marketing. 3. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information without your knowledge or consent, to a lawyer who represents us to collect a debt, to comply with a subpoena, warrant or court order, or otherwise required or permitted by law.
We also reserve the right to disclose or transfer your personal information to third parties in the proposed or actual case of a purchase, sale (including a liquidation, realization, foreclosure or repossession), lease, merger, amalgamation or any other type of acquisition, disposal, transfer, conveyance or financing of all or any portion of RJBM or of any of the business or assets or shares of RJBM or a division thereof in order for you to continue to receive the same services from the third party.
4. YOUR CONSENT

The form of consent that we seek, including whether it is express or implied, will largely depend on the sensitivity of the personal information and the reasonable expectations of the individual in the circumstances.

Your personal information will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and for a reasonable time thereafter, or as long as required by law or other applicable rules or regulations.
We destroy your personal information or render it anonymous when no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.
You can have your information removed from our records. Subject to legal or contractual restrictions, requirements regarding any transaction, and reasonable notice, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

5. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The security of your personal information is a priority at RJBM. It is important for us to maintain reasonable security measures and appropriate security standards to protect your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse. All RJBM employees having access to personal information must, as part of a condition of employment, respect the confidentiality of personal information.
6. INFORMATION COLLECTED DURING YOUR VISIT OF THE RJBM WEB SITE
Our website automatically collects certain information from users of our website, which we can then use to compile reports containing no information about an identifiable individual, for example the IP address of your computer, the IP address of your ISP, operating system installed on your computer and the areas you visit on our website. This information is used for the realization of one or more of the purposes indicated above.

7. ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
